that you are lucky to be born a girl.

you listened to your heart and not to "the world".

Don't ever make the mistake of thinking,
that your journey is going to be very smooth.

that this world is going to be nice to you.
"You can do it!", "You can make it!",
"Keep going!", "Don't give up!", "Try again!"...
Uh...uh...don't even think of giving your heed,
wishing to hear these commentaries from everywhere.


All you can expect this lovely world to do,
is to just knock-you-down !
The prejudices, the judgements, the complains,
the norms, the traditions, the notions,
the pessimisms and the hypocrisies of this society,
are just gonna hit you hard on your face !
But dont give up, hold on strong to what you think is the best for you,
hold on strong to what you think is the right thing to do.

Don't get me wrong, not everyone around you
might be the people wanting to pull you down.
There surely will be those few poeple, who
would want to see you make your dreams come true.
Who would support you, guide you, gaurd you,
bless you, encourage you, lift you...
Surround yourself with these people, but still,
at the end of the day it's all in your hands.


You want to be a dancer, a singer, an actor,
a filmmaker, a teacher, a doctor, a soldier,
a traveller, a piolet, a writer, an entrepreneur,
a social worker, a lawyer, an administrator...?
Whatever it is that you wish to accomplish,
just go for it with determination and courage.
If at all you dont make it, it's not your gender,
the only one to blame, is just YOU.


Don't let these judgemental people,
poke their nose into your business.
Don't waste your time giving them explanations,
trust me, they've got no other job.
Let them continue doing what they know best,
And you my dear, just continue your journey.
And just wait and see, when you finally succeed,
these people will be among those who applaud for you.


So you see, it doesn't really matter,
what the society thinks or says.
